Does your REALTOR give you Red Carpet Service?

I was fortunate enough to have met the author of the new book “The Celebrity Experience: Insider Secrets to Delivering Red Carpet Customer Service.” This book gave me so many ideas on how to give my clients “star treatment”. My aim has always been to help my clients through a stress-free home-buying or home-selling process. I remind myself that real estate is a BIG investment, and an emotional one. I take my career very seriously and want my clients to feel like they had a positive, memorable experience.
Can you recall a time when you received terrible customer service? I know I can. I can also recall a few exceptional experiences of customer service - where I felt the red-carpet was truly rolled out for me. I hope if you’ve had a bad experience with a Real Estate Agent in the past you’ll consider getting in touch with me regarding any future real estate needs you may have.
