Liberty Square is a highly desired neighborhood in North Gilbert.  It is located in the NE corner of Lindsay and Elliot, near Freestone Park.  Liberty Square was built in 1985-1986 and is known for the mature pine trees that line the streets.  Liberty Square features almost 300 homes - half of which are gemini-twin homes - and the other half (North of Cullumber St) are Single Family homes ranging in size from about 1,400 square feet to 1,600 square feet.  The HOA is $70 per month.  This includes front yard mainence and the community pool.  Liberty Square is within walking distance to Gilbert High School in the excellent school district #41.
