About the Willo Historic Home Tour
What: An annual event to take a self-guided tour of beautiful, unique, historic homes in central Phoenix. The Willo neighborhood is known for it’s charming architecture (Bungalow, Tutor, Spanish Revival) with homes dating back to the 1920’s-1940’s. You’ll get to tour at least 10 homes.
When: Sunday, February 8th, 2009. 10am-4pm.
Where: West of Central Avenue between Thomas and McDowell Roads from 1st to 7th Avenues. Try to park on Holly Street. See map below.
How Much: $15 the day of the event, $13.75 if you pre-purchase a ticket online. Kids under 12, free.
FYI: There is a trolley provided. Bring cash for a yummy lunch from the street vendors. It may rain.

About Other Home Tours:
I’ve also written about attending the Roosevelt Home Tour, F.Q. Story Home Tour, Coronado Home Tour, Windsor Square Home Tour and now the Willo Home Tour.
My favorite so far has been the F.Q. Story neighborhood, but I have high expectations for Willo!
